The purpose of all TBM training is to equip volunteers to provide the appropriate assistance during a disaster response and be a channel of God's love by providing a “cup of cold water” in Jesus name. Yellow Cap Orientation is the prerequisite for all specialty training in the Disaster Relief ministry. This training is the basic disaster relief training course and is required of all volunteers.
Yellow Cap Training will be held at The Heights Church. Cost is $30 and includes a background check & ID badge. The age requirement is 18 years or older. To register, click here. Youth 16 and 17 years may attend the training and participate on call-outs with a chaperone. There is no charge for youth but registration is required.

Electronic Support Unit - Prerequisite: Yellow Cap Training. This training is an overview of the various aspects of the Electronic Charging/ Support Unit, (including recharging equipment and setup/ Wifi equipment/ Cell Signal amplification equipment/ Mobile Radio equipment and usage). Box Unit - Prerequisite: Yellow Cap Training. The training provides an overview of the Box Unit ministry, deployment process, and box distribution techniques. Training Includes discussion on the history and need for this ministry, how and where we procure boxes. There is no cost for this training, but registration is required. To register, click here.
